A Snapshot of Your Day
As an engineer in our team focused on the mechanical analysis of rotating equipment, you will play a vital role in the evolving landscape of electrical machines, including generators and motors, which are becoming increasingly essential in the context of energy transformation and the decarbonization of industry and society. Your day will involve collaborating with colleagues to develop and validate innovative products while also engaging with customer projects to ensure their success. Your commitment and expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of advancing sustainable solutions in this dynamic field.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- FEM and analytic validation of industrial generator and motor rotors for customer projects and Research & Development
- Evaluation and clarification of manufacturing defects
- Technical manufacturing support and consulting
What You Bring
- We look forward to getting to know you if you have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
- Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical strength calculations
- Knowledge of Ansys Workbench and Mathcad
- Knowledge of FKM-guideline is a plus
- Experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter or SAP is an advantage
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English and Czech; knowledge of German is helpful but not a must
- On a personal level, you will impress us with your ability to learn quickly, your capacity for intercultural cooperation and your initiative to solve problems
