A Snapshot of Your Day

Develop and maintain repair and overhaul (R&O) schedules for the IPS core and power turbine product lines. IPS equipment R&O events originate in Sales Force, are reviewed and scheduled for best customer response into various R&O facilities. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and documenting progress for all current and future R&O projects. Projects are scheduled in any one of the various internal and external repair and overhaul centers around the globe.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Event R&O monitoring includes project revenue and cost reviews, as well as cost categorization, based on data collected from the project service orders.
  • You will participate in project W2W reviews and track the same in relation to current project cost.
  • Monitor spare part(s) and purchase order data pertinent to the project schedule success and highlight any areas of project risk.
  • Attend and lead weekly/bi-monthly R&O center meetings and maintain a record of progress toward completion. Highlight areas of risk and chart typical R&O gates that reflect upon fiscal risk.
  • Provide quarterly schedule reviews to the Sales and Operations Team (S&OP) for the power turbine business. Attend and/or lead IPS Sales Team forecast meetings to validate future customer opportunities. Maintain a schedule level-load plan with date/capacity approval from the various R&O shops. Provide bi-monthly reviews for senior leadership on all current, complete and future R&O projects.

 

What you Bring

  • Strong background in data retrieval and compilation.
  • Good understanding of the R&O gated process and techniques.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillset to include database management.
  • Strong SAP data retrieval skillset.
  • Good understanding of project financials.
  • Sales Force background preferred.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
