Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the Parts Execution team within Parts Service America. This role is essential for maintaining business continuity and ensuring the effective planning and execution of parts delivery across North America and global regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing production planning and control, along with proven leadership capabilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and drive the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), revenue achievement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with other departments, including Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and MRPC.
  • Work closely with our FAST warehouse to ensure efficient operations and parts availability.
  • Support customer escalations during the execution of their orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster the growth and success of each employee, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Create a positive work environment that promotes a sense of belonging, collaboration, and fun for all employees in the department.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex teams and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 6 years of customer service–based professional experience.
  • Experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Structured, methodical work style with the ability to manage multiple timelines, targets, and priorities.
  • Flexible work arrangement with partial remote work, up to 10% travel, and energy/turbine industry experience preferred but not required.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Pay range:  $107K - $152K
