Logistics Coordinator

 

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Logistics Coordinator in the SGRE Offshore Logistics team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of wind turbine parts, tools, and equipment for global offshore projects. You’ll manage on-site warehouses (onshore or offshore), oversee goods receipt and returns—including import/export compliance—and maintain safety standards. Your day will involve coordinating logistics, mentoring colleagues, and supporting project teams to meet operational and safety requirements.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Implement and promote a strong safety culture across logistics operations.
  • Manage on-site warehouse activities, ensuring tools, equipment, and consumables are available when needed.
  • Handle goods receipt and returns, including compliance with ECC and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and share knowledge with team members and trainees.
  • Support global offshore projects with flexibility for travel and extended periods away from home.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with stock management systems and strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advantageous experience with SAP, Dangerous Goods by Road and Sea, and ECC Import/Export Regulations.
  • High focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety standards with experience in safe systems of work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively across different organizational levels and cultures.
  • Ability to pass medical and fitness tests required for offshore work.
