We are seeking candidates across multiple functions, including but not limited to: Skilled Trades & Technicians, Engineering Roles, Leadership & Support

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the production of large power transformers critical to the global energy grid
  • Perform mechanical/electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or quality inspections
  • Work with cutting‑edge manufacturing technology and precision equipment
  • Contribute to process improvements, lean initiatives, and safety enhancements
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Help ensure safe, high‑quality, on time production for customers worldwide

What You Bring

  • Technical or engineering skills in manufacturing, electrical systems, mechanical assembly, tooling, testing, or quality
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or standards
  • A safety‑first mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Problem‑solving ability and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A desire to contribute to meaningful, mission‑driven work
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications may be preferred for certain roles.
