A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as a Junior Analyst supporting savings/productivity reporting and lease administration, working in a global environment with Country, Hub and Central Finance teams.


How You’ll Make a difference

  • Track and monitor global savings initiatives in SE productivity tools
  • Report and validate data across interfaces and dashboards
  • Lease administration, including landlord payments
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Alteryx reporting
  • Respond to data queries from Country, Central teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong communication across the global RE organization

What You Bring 

  • University degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar
  • 0-3 years’ experience (Real Estate experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of contract management, administrative or financial processes
  • Strong Excel & MS Office skills
  • Basic Power Bi / Power Query knowledge 
  • Basic SAP / Financial systems exposure
  • Fluent English (mandatory) + one additional language
  • Proactive, team-oriented, comfortable in global virtual teams

Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4’5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, develops and implements portfolio strategies in line with SE’s business objectives and ensures cost-effective facility operations and work environments for Siemens Energy.
