A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process innovation and optimization. Your responsibilities will include designing and improving production processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver high-quality products that meet both customer and company expectations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality, including investment projects. 
Implement advanced technologies and automation tools to drive digitalization and boost productivity. 
Standardize processes, tools, and cycle times to ensure consistency and reliability across operations. 
Lead productivity improvement initiatives, track progress, and report savings aligned with annual targets. 
Resolve complex safety, production, and quality challenges using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies. 
Train and certify production personnel on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption.

What You Bring

Education & Language: University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field; English proficiency at C1 level. 
Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing or production engineering roles, preferably within the power transformer industry. 
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD/CAM, and project management tools. 
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret safety, production, and quality data to identify improvement opportunities. 
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities; adaptability and a continuous learning mindset. 
Project Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring improvement projects.

About the Team

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, SCM, Maintenance, Planning, Process and Supplier Quality, Design, Purchasing, Logistics, and Controlling. Effective collaboration will be essential to integrate processes and ensure operational excellence.
