A Snapshot of Your Day 

Embark on an exciting role guiding the execution of IT Service & Solution Management policies and managing the budget planning for our IT functions. Your task will involve monitoring IT projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and overseeing the change request process for service enhancements. As an escalation point, you will handle case clarifications while implementing internal and external monitoring controls. 

A significant part of your role will be improving customer satisfaction by developing strategies, handling issues, and ensuring efficient resolution of complaints. This role offers a compelling blend of technical and customer-focused responsibilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Guiding the implementation and/or administration of IT Service Management & Solution policies, guidelines, programs, and standards for the new Liquidity Planning service
  • Documenting and implementing new business requirements in collaboration with the software development team
  • Managing the change request process for service or solution enhancements (CRs) and ensuring quality assurance
  • Overseeing function-related budget planning and corresponding reporting
  • Monitoring IT projects' new demands from a Service or Solution Management perspective to maintain quality standards and processes
  • Acting as an escalation point for case clarifications and implementing internal SLA Monitoring & Service Controlling and external Provider & KPI Monitoring

What You Bring
  • Degree in (business) computer science required
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT Service Owner in financial service providers, treasury departments, or related consultancies necessary
  • Hands-on experience in data-driven services like SAP Analytics Cloud and data lakes like SnowFlake or equivalent essential
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge and practical experience in IT Service Management crucial
  • Familiarity with working in a regulated environment (ICFR/ITGC, ISO) or similar control sets important
  • Experience in managing services financially (e.g., budget planning, cost controlling, resource capacity planning) required
