We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Partner to join our Material Compliance Team, within the Siemens Energy AGT (Aero Derivative Gas Turbines) Business.

Based on your project management and reporting expertise, you will ensure the seamless implementation and maintenance of Material Compliance IT Systems and will act as a key driver for the achievement of our Material Compliance business objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead IT projects within the Material Compliance Program, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to budget constraints.
• Provide technical support for the Material Compliance Program, addressing IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain IT systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor data security and integrity within the Material Compliance Program.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand and address their IT needs related to Material Compliance topics.
• Act as main contact between Siemens Energy central and user system testing and run collaboration meetings.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, system performance, and compliance status.
• Train staff on new IT systems and tools related to Material Compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Expertise in IT partnering (preferably in the Material Compliance area, SAP / SAP4Hana or other relevant systems)
• Exposure to Material Compliance regulations and standards
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations
• Project management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot IT issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with across teams
• Interest in becoming integrated in the team and attending the office (3 days per week)
• Some travel may be required for training sessions and system implementation, up to 15% (to the UK mainly and occasionally to Canada)
