Siemens Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Lead to oversee and manage logistics operations in Brazil Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective logistics processes, optimizing supply chain operations, and leading a team of logistics professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business objectives and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Manage relationships with logistics service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, sustainability and emerging technologies to continuously improve logistics operations.

What you Bring
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations in a regional or global context.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
Outstanding and proven "Cross-Business/x-BA collaboration" and pro-active networking and teamwork
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as SAP, or similar systems.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus.
Location: This position is based in Jundiaí, with frequent travel required to various locations within the Region.
