- Responsible for leading and building a world class sales team
- Deliver customer successes and profits to Siemens Energy by developing and closing technology solutions with customers through partnership with regional and international Hub Sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Prepare forecasts and develop sales plans that are aligned with revenue targets as well as establish metrics to measure team performance
- Develop meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and their network
- Understand customers’ business model, value drivers, key challenges and opportunities, technical and key commercial requirements, evaluation method and criteria
- Drive customer focus within the organization by understanding market drivers for energy market, transition and present to the organization
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, other relevant field and 10+ years’ related experience in Sales/Business Development in power generation equipment supply/EPC contracts
- Technical knowledge of power generation equipment and solutions, in particular Steam Turbines
- Advanced leadership, teamwork/collaboration, networking skills, strong communication, and presentation skills at all organizational levels
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude as well as experience in an intercultural environment with cross country / region working team
- Excellent communication skills, English fluency (additional language is a plus) and flexibility to travel
