How to contribute to our vision

This Head of Network Management role is established within LSS Order Management to support a significant production ramp-up. The position is critical for ensuring end-to-end internal coordination of component supply across a global network of Siemens Energy locations and business areas, in order to maintain delivery reliability and protect business margins. To address this, the role will focus on three core areas: strategic network management to align supply chain capacity with long-term goals, operational leadership to steer material flows and ensure stable execution, and cross-functional process optimization to enable faster decision-making. Given the focus on these areas, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain planning within a complex industrial environment, strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across various business functions.

    • Act as the primary point of escalation for difficult and complex supply chain issues, driving rapid and effective resolution.
    • Ensure the team effectively utilizes planning systems (e.g., SAP) for material requirements planning, inventory control, and production planning.
  • 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Improvement
    • Influence policies, practices, and procedures in adjacent functions such as procurement, manufacturing, and engineering to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
