A Snapshot of Your Day

As organizations navigate an increasingly skills-driven and AI-enabled world of work, HR Talent functions must fundamentally evolve. We are seeking a senior leader to drive the strategic transformation of our global Talent Management and HR Technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy, digital enablement, and organizational change.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing a future-ready talent strategy – from performance and succession to skills intelligence and AI-powered talent platforms. Working across a complex global matrix organization with 100,000+ employees, you will act as a strategic bridge between HR Centers of Excellence, regional HR teams, IT, and business leadership to ensure our talent practices are scalable, data-driven, and business-relevant.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, building trust with senior stakeholders, and translating strategy into pragmatic, impactful people solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Define and drive the global Talent Transformation strategy, aligning business needs with HR priorities and technology capabilities
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of talent technology solutions, including AI-powered platforms for recruiting and skills matching
  • Act as the strategic interface between global Talent Centers of Excellence, regional HR organizations, IT, and external technology partners
  • Own the talent technology portfolio by prioritizing demands, assessing feasibility, and ensuring sustainable delivery across workstreams
  • Drive the development of a Skills Intelligence Layer to harmonize skill data across systems and enable skills-based talent practices
  • Ensure responsible AI adoption in talent processes, focusing on fairness testing, bias mitigation, and compliance with trustworthy AI standards
What You Bring
  • Extensive, progressive experience in HR, with strong expertise in Talent Management, HR Technology, or HR Transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation programs in complex, global matrix organizations
  • Strong experience with HR technology platforms, ideally including Workday HCM and AI-based talent platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Works Councils and navigate co-determination processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, CoEs, regional HR, IT, and external vendors
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus, and additional languages are valued
