This is a leadership role for someone who combines operational project and program management expertise with the ability to develop people, build capability, and drive transformation. You will lead a team of approximately 15 Project Managers in India, ranging from junior to senior level, and help them grow from project administration toward strong project leadership, transparent delivery, and measurable business value.
