A Snapshot of Your Day
As the HSE Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind a safe, sustainable, and engaging work environment. You will lead and develop a dedicated HSE team, ensuring that the company operates systematically and proactively in terms of workplace safety, environmental impact, and health. Your role will involve close collaboration with leaders and employees across the organization to foster a culture where inclusiveness, sustainability, and well-being are integral to daily operations.
The position is full-time, with responsibilities that will allow you to make a significant impact on the organization’s HSE performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leadership and Development
- Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the HSE team.
- Ensure a strong HSE strategy and translate it into concrete initiatives and actions.
Project Management
- Drive improvement projects within workplace safety, environmental management, and security.
- Be responsible for compliance, audits, risk assessments, and reporting according to ISO standards.
Procedure Development
- Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and emergency plans.
- Support leaders in preventive HSE work and ensure ongoing training and awareness.
Data Analysis
- Analyze incidents and data to identify patterns and improvement potentials.
- Actively contribute to strengthening a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
What You Bring
- Documented leadership experience — either direct managerial responsibility or as a technical leader. People describe you as a responsible, empathetic and driven leader who is there for the people and have a structured way of working.
- Preferably a solid professional background in environmental, safety, workplace health, or similar fields.
- Strong skills in risk management and HSE processes are valued.
- Clear communication skills that foster engagement across the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a role with both tactical and operational tasks.
