A Snapshot of Your Day:
As an HR Generalist at Siemens Energy, you will engage with a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. You will play a pivotal role in meaningful projects and enhancing the onboarding experience, directly impacting employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of HR experience who are passionate about contributing to our mission of creating a sustainable energy future while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
- Manage immigration services, including work permits and residency for expats.
- Managing HR Suppliers.
- Managing HR Early Career Programs.
- Coordinating HR Events.
- Address HR service complaints and improve responsiveness.
- Provide administrative support for HR special projects and compile HR-related statistics.
- Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team to support offboarding processes.
- Assisting the HR Team in day-to-day activities.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations.
- Familiarity with early career programs, such as summer internships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR-related software and tools.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.
