A Snapshot of Your Day
As an HR Consultant at Siemens Energy, you will start your day with a team huddle to review ongoing projects and discuss any new challenges. You'll dive into meaningful projects that directly impact our organizational efficiency and employee happiness. Collaborating closely with team members, you'll ensure that all HR processes are completed flawlessly. Your dedication will help craft our inclusive, ambitious, and world-class team culture.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Provide professional consultation on human resources policy and operational support to the organization.
• Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions as well as people-related issues.
• Assist HRBP in addressing specific people topics by advising on options within the context of company policy and local labor law.
• Manage data and documentation handling at a local level as required.
• Support HRBP on the implementation of local HR activities and projects in alignment with organizational requirements.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by HRBP, ensuring all actions are completed with precision and in a timely manner.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Prefer HR experience in large-scale manufacturing foreign enterprises.
• Understanding of local labor law, HR processes, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.
• A proven ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills.
