A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join us as the strategic force behind a global Talent Acquisition organization that powers the future of Siemens Energy. In this high-visibility role, you’ll shape how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across all regions — driving transformation at scale. As a Global Head of Talent Acquisition – Gas Services, you lead a worldwide TA team and RPO partners across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and MEA. You partner with the Head of HR and senior leaders to translate business priorities into a global hiring strategy as well as align with HRBPs on workforce planning and demand forecasting. You will work with the TA Centre of Competence on sourcing, recruitment marketing, and tech innovation as well as review performance data, streamline processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience. All in all, you enable, coach, and inspire a diverse global TA team.

  • Set and deliver a global TA strategy that strengthens workforce readiness
  • Drive operational excellence across internal teams and RPO delivery models
  • Bring market intelligence and strategic insight to HR and business leaders
  • Establish KPIs and embed data-driven decision-making across the function
  • Lead digital enablement, process optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Build an inclusive, high-performing global TA organization

 

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in global or regional TA or HR within complex, international environments
  • Proven success leading global or regional TA strategies and transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing diverse, geographically distributed teams
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional influence, communication, and storytelling skills
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of global TA operations, analytics, and technology
  • Ability to work across cultures with agility, resilience, and a collaborative approach 
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

 

 

About the Team

 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
