Über die Aufgabe

In the role as GCM you will get the chance to develop and implement overall strategy for Repairs of our gas turbine core parts! You will be responsible for De-risk supplier dependencies, ensure capacities, reduce lead times, reduce cost of supply base and simplify execution model.
How you’ll make an impact
- Analyze the status quo of different core parts regarding risks and opportunities together with other experts (Service Experts, Buyers, Engineers).
- Identify and prioritize levers for value creation (esp. cost reduction, lead time and de-risking).
- Align levers with relevant stakeholders and identify opportunities for collaboration with stakeholders across different product lines.
- Develop target picture and define implementation plan, incl. identification of risks.
- Align implementation plan with stakeholders (esp. Engineering, Supplier Quality & Development).
- Orchestrate relevant stakeholders and buying organization to support the project; align different initiatives towards the target market.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or business field. Longer relevant experience can compensate for education.
- Proven experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience with gas turbines is a big advantage.
- Proficiency in English is a must have, proficiency in Swedish is a big plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
