A Snapshot of Your Day

As a key member of the Siemens Energy 9000HL Fleet Operations Team, you’ll play a pivotal role as a back-office technical expert, driving excellence across both new unit commissioning and the global operating fleet.

In this high-impact role, you will own and shape the standard for gas turbine operations, ensuring consistent, best-in-class performance across the 9HL fleet. You’ll transform field lessons learned into actionable insights, strengthening availability, reliability, and long-term performance.

You won’t just solve problems, you’ll lead solution development, tackling complex operational challenges and enabling continuous improvement across the fleet. By embedding learnings and driving innovation, you’ll help ensure that every 9HL unit operates at its full potential.

Join us to power what matters, where your expertise directly influences the performance of some of the world’s most advanced gas turbine technology.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate globally to build solutions that meet Product Requirements and Design Specs, no compromises
  • Drive market readiness, support launch and bring the HL portfolio to life for customers

What You Bring

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with a strong track record in gas turbine development or commissioning
  • 5-10+ years’ expertise in gas turbine operation & protection philosophy; commissioning experience is a strong advantage. More years of experience can be considered at a higher level.
