A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our global central Quality team at Siemens Energy Gas Services, where you will operate as a senior quality partner to project, engineering, and business organizations to reduce and prevent nonconformances. You will work across functions and regions, combining quality expertise with strong project management and business understanding to drive sustainable improvements.
In this dynamic role, you will investigate and identify systemic issues and work closely with organizations to translate quality findings into practical, business-relevant improvements. You will act as a trusted advisor and influencer, engaging in cross-functional discussions and shaping quality initiatives. Your passion for quality enables you to confidently represent Quality to internal partner organizations and gain commitment for continuous improvements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner with operational business organizations to understand root causes of nonconformances and help integrate quality improvements into processes
- Lead or participate in strategic quality and process improvement projects, including cross-functional initiatives spanning Quality, Projects, Engineering, and Operations
- Conduct internal audits, assessments, and data analysis to identify systemic improvement opportunities at both local and global levels
- Actively engage in cross‑functional forums (e.g., Quality Cockpits, Nonconformance Reviews), with key operational stakeholders to raise awareness, influence action, and drive accountability for quality initiatives and targets.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or more advanced degree in a related field with 5–8+ years of experience in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environments; experience in energy or project-driven industries strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in and genuine passion for quality methodologies, including root cause analysis, auditing, and process management, Six Sigma / Lean and ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Proven experience in project execution and/or project management environments, with the ability to proactively embed quality thinking into project decision-making
- Solid business and financial acumen, including understanding of cost of poor quality, project margins, risk, and the financial impact of nonconformances, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of quality in business-relevant terms
- Demonstrated seniority, credibility, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and align stakeholders at all levels; experience with AI concepts/projects is a plus

Our global quality team supports Siemens Energy Gas Services with nonconformance management, data transparency, analytics, and continuous quality improvements and plays a critical role in driving business performance. Based in Europe, Mexico, and the U.S., we offer in-depth QM expertise, from auditing and process improvement methodologies to root cause analysis and data analytics. About Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
