From the first kickoff meeting to the final commissioning milestone, you’ll keep projects on track, customers engaged, and commitments fulfilled.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the full project setup, kickoff, organization, and execution to ensure engineering, procurement, and manufacturing align with timelines and requirements.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer, resolving inquiries and open items while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Tackle and resolve issues during project execution to minimize impacts for both Siemens Energy and the customer.
  • Ensure Siemens Energy’s contractual obligations are delivered according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Proactively manage risks and seize opportunities that arise during execution to maximize project success.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with 8+ years’ experience in managing large industrial projects.
  • Proven experience with power plant design/construction or similar large-scale industrial projects, along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and complex project schedules.
  • Broad technical knowledge across disciplines needed to design, procure, manufacture, deliver, install, and commission gas turbine power plants.
  • Strong multitasking skills and resilience under pressure; collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical and financial insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
