We are looking for a Gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) Commissioning Engineer having good experience in testing and commissioning of EHV & HV substation equipment such as but not limited to, GIS, Transformer, Control & protection system, scheme check, AC/DC system.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for testing & commissioning of substation products and partial systems at customers,
- Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers
- Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works.
- Support project manager in risk and claim management.
- Control and monitoring site activities with respect to project plan.
- Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR)
- Supervise and lead a team
- Preparation and submission of reports.
- Proper Handling of testing tools
- Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, & Zero Harm
What you Bring
- Bachelor of electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in construction sites.
- Good communication skills
- Have good knowledge of computer & Microsoft office package.
- Self-confidence, hardworking, teamwork, ordinated & dedicated
