A Snapshot of Your Day

As Financial Controller you will be involved in month-end closing, monthly forecast, ACT vs Forecast deviations as well as planning and reporting activities for Grid Technology – Grid Solutions. You will work with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in- and outside Grid Technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Supporting month-end reporting as well as forecasting & planning processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively monitor KPIs and highlight deviations for corrective actions to increase transparency.
• Involved in compilation of cost calculation, analysis of deviations months over months and assessment of adequacy of budgets.
• Communicate financial results and insights to senior management, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Identifying processes that can be automated and performed more efficiently.

What You Bring

• Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling in a multinational controlling environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions and suggest mitigations.
• Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
• Ability to interact with diverse environments (cultures, internal stakeholders, business drivers).
• Expert in the use of Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint etc.) as well as SAP FI/CO. Up to date with automation possibilities, ability to use IT for most efficient digitalization methods - it's a plus.
• Business fluent in English
