A Snapshot of Your Day
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across Cluster, Factory, Network Development, PLM, Strategy, and Finance to review and shape footprint and allocation scenarios. Your role includes supporting concept development and robust business case modelling, as well as developing, maintaining, and continuously improving standards and tools such as cost frameworks and break‑even models.
In addition, you will act as a trusted partner to the FIN Cluster Head on selected strategic and operational topics, while actively fostering the exchange of benchmarks and best practices across clusters and factories within the manufacturing network.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Developing standards, methods, and tools to systematically evaluate allocation and footprint challenges
- Providing clear structure and fact‑based input to support management decision‑making
- Building strong partnerships with cluster and factory management teams
- Identifying benchmarks and promoting best‑practice sharing across clusters and factories
- Supporting the continuous optimization of the global factory and manufacturing network
- Support all Network Management Initiatives including but not limited to the Productivity Initiative as well as our Strategic program
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) preferred; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Long-term progressive finance and accounting experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing environments and senior leadership responsibility
- Proven expertise in financial management, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and variance analysis
- Experience working in international, multi‑site environments, ideally including production and logistics operations
- Strong leadership and strategic capabilities, including talent development, cross‑functional collaboration, and influencing skills
- High proficiency in SAP and financial systems, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to support executive decision‑making
