A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Service Engineer, you will help customers keep their systems and equipment running reliably and efficiently. Your day may involve troubleshooting hardware, software, and process-related issues, performing preventive maintenance, commissioning equipment, and providing technical support and training. Working closely with customers and internal experts, you will play a key role in resolving challenges, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process-related issues to ensure reliable operation of customer equipment.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with regional and global service teams to resolve complex cases.
• Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for installed systems and equipment.
• Deliver technical training, consulting, and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction during both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and operational procedures during all service activities.

What You Bring

• At least 2.5 years of experience in a technical service, maintenance, or support role.
• Knowledge of industrial systems, equipment, and relevant products; programming experience is an advantage where applicable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), including technical terminology.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and standard IT tools.
