Grid Technologies
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Hub Coordinator, your day sits at the intersection of global governance and regional execution. You start by reviewing the status of globally defined initiatives (e.g. GRM, FS360, productivity, tools, engineering) and ensure their implementation within your hub is progressing as planned. You align with regional stakeholders to resolve execution challenges, translate new global requirements into concrete next steps, and prepare input for upcoming Hub Network or governance meetings.
Throughout the day, you act as the single point of coordination between your hub and global PFS stakeholders: clarifying expectations, tracking actions, escalating risks, and feeding local demands back into global frameworks. You engage with peers across hubs, share best practices, and ensure decisions are communicated clearly and consistently into the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the implementation of global governance topics within the hub, ensuring standards, processes, and initiatives are executed consistently and effectively
- Translate global strategies, frameworks, and decisions into clear, actionable, and locally executable measures
- Act as the regional voice of the hub in global governance forums, ensuring local realities are considered and reflected
- Drive alignment and transparency across hubs, improving resource utilization and cross‑regional collaboration
- Ensure outcomes from workshops, network meetings, and retrospectives are converted into tracked actions with clear ownership
- Strengthen data transparency and decision‑making by enforcing GRM and reporting standards
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices across the network
What You Bring
- Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive execution end‑to‑end
- Experience in cross‑regional or global roles, ideally within Field Service, operations, or governance environments
- Solid understanding of GRM processes, resource planning, and capacity management
- Ability to balance global standardization with local business needs
- Structured, clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders across regions and functions
- Affinity for digitalization and transparency initiatives (e.g. FS360, productivity improvement, tools, engineering processes)
- Comfortable operating in matrix organizations with multiple interfaces and priorities
About the Team
You will be part of the Field Service Hub Network, a globally connected community responsible for ensuring operational excellence, transparency, and effective collaboration across regions. The team works closely with global PFS stakeholders (including GIE) and regional Field Service organizations to translate strategy and governance into measurable impact.
As a Hub Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in making global standards work in practice—connecting hubs, strengthening the network, and ensuring the organization moves forward as one.
