Leading technical solutions and delivering exceptional on-site/remote services to ensure optimal performance of Siemens Energy transformers. - Perform complex installation, commissioning, upgrades, and maintenance of transformers independently, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.独立执行变压器的复杂安装、调试、升级和维护工作,确保符合技术规范和安全标准。
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through on-site troubleshooting or remote support, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies.通过现场故障排除或远程支持,运用先进分析工具和方法诊断并解决技术问题。
- Monitor project costs, timelines, and deliverables; provide early risk warnings and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.监控项目成本、时间线和交付成果;提供风险预警和缓解策略,确保项目按时按预算执行。
- Document all service activities, including root cause analyses and corrective actions, in alignment with Siemens Energy procedures.根据西门子能源流程,记录所有服务活动,包括根本原因分析和纠正措施。
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, offering clear guidance on maintenance, optimization, and safety protocols.作为客户和内部团队的技术顾问,就维护、优化和安全规程提供清晰指导。
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through transparent communication and proactive updates.通过透明沟通和主动更新,与利益相关者建立牢固关系。

- Strictly adhere to EHS guidelines and quality management systems in all operations. 在所有操作中严格遵守EHS指南和质量管理体系。
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Automation, or related field (non-degree candidates with exceptional experience may be considered). 机械/电气工程、自动化或相关专业学历(经验突出者可放宽学历要求)。
- 5+ years of experience in transformer maintenance, repair, or manufacturing; international project experience is a plus. 5年以上变压器维护、维修或制造相关经验,有国际项目经验者优先。
- Basic knowledge of transformer manufacturing/repair technologies (e.g., insulation systems, oil testing). 掌握变压器制造/维修技术基础知识(如绝缘系统、油品检测)。
- Ability to follow technical guidelines for installation and troubleshooting. 能够根据技术规范执行安装及故障排查任务。
- Understanding of common failure modes and ability to implement solutions with supervision. 了解常见故障模式,能在指导下实施解决方案。
- Experience in assisting on-site installations for domestic projects; international exposure is preferred. 具备国内项目现场安装支持经验,有国际项目经验者优先。
- Basic ability to interpret industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) with team support. 在团队支持下能理解行业标准(如IEC、IEEE)。
- Functional English communication skills (written/spoken) for technical discussions. 具备技术沟通所需的英文书面/口语能力。
- Willingness to collaborate in multicultural team environments. 愿意在跨文化团队环境中协作。
