Join our dynamic Field Service team within the Gas Services division, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing service delivery and improving financial performance. As an Electrical and Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will take charge of maintenance activities for Siemens Energy products, collaborating closely with our business partners, customers, and contractors on-site. Imagine executing high-quality technical solutions while ensuring rigorous documentation standards and supporting commercial goals. Your work will not only drive operational excellence but also contribute to a culture of world-class service and safety.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will service, maintain, and provide technical support across the full range of SGT products and systems, ensuring both preventive and corrective maintenance is performed effectively.
- You will take full responsibility for environmental and health & safety matters on-site, completing risk assessments and method statements to uphold safety standards.
- You will execute scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance activities according to OEM specifications, ensuring equipment reliability and performance.
- You will diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults, applying systematic troubleshooting methodologies to minimise downtime and reduce costs for customers.
- You will continuously seek to add value through remote diagnostic support services and training, enhancing the overall service experience.
