A Snapshot of Your Day

  • Responsible for full compliance to daily routine checkup in GCP, ensure nominal issues & complaints don't arise at site.
  • Maintenance/ MOH of Reciprocating Compressors as per OEM manuals.
  • Trouble Shooting of Compressors, Divers and Process related issue.
  • Housekeeping of Packages is done every day by accurate cleaning, Zero Oil & Gas Leakages.
  • Ensuring required Spares are available at Site / including issues advise for same to PM.
  • Ensure availability of all required tools in good conditions for mechanical department for gas compressor plant.
  • Work in close co-ordination with PM

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Rigorously follow the preventive maintenance schedule for all the installed equipment's and maintain the records for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure accurate and true reporting of all site matters.
  • Supervising all crucial parameters (Pressure. Temperature, Flow etc. process related parameters, Gas Compressor, Air Compressors, CWPs, Separator Vessels, RO / all other rotary and static equipment)
  • Upkeep of all operational hourly records and everyday logging of all the critical parameters of equipment, hours runs, and specific maintenance /repairs carried out including material/spares consumed.
  • Disposal of empty barrels/ burnt oil barrels shall be disposed according to detailed procedure and IM’s instructions.
  • Making up recommended POL on running equipment including force feed lubricator.
  • All Operations to be carried out as per safe practice following safe operating procedures.
  • Advise immediately to PM if any plant abnormality is found.
  • Maintain MIS duties- All checklist, DPRs, Monthly Reports.
  • Co-ordinate with various internal & external agencies whenever they visits such as Logistics, GCS, CTF Plant, Other ONGC installation, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil & C&M departments regarding process operations and job executions.
  • All documents and records crafted and maintained by Shift In charges will be audited monthly/quarterly by an internal/ External auditor including ONGC.

What You Bring

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum Experience 4 years, and the persons should have experience of O&M of oil & gas processing/ process units & Multidisciplinary and experienced operating crew capable of efficiently operating the reciprocating gas compressor packages and associated utilities,
  • Having good soft skills (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
  • Basic Knowledge about EHS practice at Oil and Gas field.
