A Snapshot of Your Day:
As a Metrologist Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the dimensional quality and reliability of CNC machining processes. Your day will involve performing and validating dimensional measurements using CMM and other advanced metrology equipment, developing measurement programs, and managing calibration systems.
You will lead and support the resolution of non-conformities through root cause analysis, supervise CAPAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues. Additionally, you will apply statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA) to drive continuous improvement, report KPIs, and maintain effective communication with production and warehouse teams to ensure ongoing quality and customer satisfaction.
You may also support the Quality Process Team in activities such as Fast Response, PFMEA/PCP implementation, development of visual aids (reject/acceptance criteria), standardized work, and non-conformance management.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Ensure dimensional validation and release of CNC processes according to control plans.
- Develop and optimize measurement programs for CMM and other metrology equipment.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformities, supervising CAPAs.
- Manage calibration systems and internal calibrations to guarantee measurement reliability.
- Apply SPC and MSA to support process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Report KPIs and provide technical support to production teams for continuous quality improvement.
What You Bring
- TSU or Engineering degree in Metrology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Control and Metrology roles.
- Technical expertise in GD&T, SPC, MSA, and measurement equipment (calipers, torque wrenches, profilometers, roughness testers, etc.).
- Experience programming in PC-Dmis and Modus (experience with or without 3D is a plus).
- Proficiency in Minitab or similar statistical analysis software.
- Experience managing calibration systems and internal calibrations.
- Knowledge of machining processes.
- English proficiency required.
- Work in rotating shifts as required
- Strong commitment to safety, proactive attitude, responsibility, teamwork, analytical skills, and decision-making capability.

The selected person will collaborate closely with the Process Quality, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Production, and Engineering teams, as well as other support functions within the organization. This role fosters a strong team environment to ensure the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
