How You’ll Make an Impact

On-Site Erection Processing:

• Engage in technical clarifications with manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Plan resources for erection, including personnel and site logistics for equipment.
• Ensure quality on-site, including Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR).
• Document the erection of electro-technical components and update relevant documents.
• Collaborate on project completion reports and summarize lessons learned, providing valuable feedback to the organization.
• Support technical clarifications with customers and suppliers.

Technical Product/System Skills:

• Work with AIS 110 kV-800 kV / GIS 72.5 kV-550 kV.
• Manage HV-DC valves (Thyristor-Transistor-Based).
• Oversee LV installation, transformers, and battery systems.

What You Bring

• Educational Background: Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in the erection of high-voltage equipment on large industrial construction sites. Overseas experience is a plus!
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a bonus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work abroad for extended periods (6 months to 1.5 years).
• Documentation: Valid passport and international driving license.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Additional Skills: Experience with BIM or Lean Management is highly valued.
