• Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in software developer, process digitization, manufacturing automation or a related.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in programming languages, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Access and SQL databases, Microsoft Power Automate.

Familiarity with data analytics and knowledge in VB.NET and C#.NET (MS Visual Studio),

Python, (Alterix & Mendix is a plus)

• Languages: English Basic Level 

• Skills / Competencies: Teamwork - Analytic profile - Continuous improvement & Auto-learning mindset - Organized - capabilities to work in different projects as same time.

As part of the Digital Transformation Team you will support in designing, developing, and implementing transformative projects and processes in a dynamic and global environment.

As a Software Developer of Digital Solutions at Siemens Energy, you will be instrumental in advancing our digital transformation initiatives. This role entails designing, implementing, and optimizing digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve end-user experiences, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a background in digital technologies, process automation, and data analytics, along with a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Identify opportunities for apply software solutions that improve current manual processes.

• Design and deploy data analytics platforms and tools to enable real-time data collection, analysis, and visualization. Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and platforms to ensure seamless operation and data flow across the organization.

• Facilitate change management processes to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions by stakeholders and end-users.

• Ensure that digital solutions comply with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to protect data privacy and integrity
