A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Digital Project Management Specialist, you will spend time collaborating with team members to map out current processes, identify areas for improvement, and defining data and requirements for future state processes. You will handle project timelines, ensuring that work is met while facilitating communication between team members and external partners. You will lead team stand-up meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any roadblocks. By the end of the day, you will have given to improving project outcomes and driving positive change within the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define and document current state processes, identifying problems, data and system dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Run and support various projects with platform and data migrations and interfaces, including those related to HR systems, timekeeping, and SAP S4 implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to project goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, collaborators, and external partners to drive project success and enhance data quality.
- Aid in developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide regular updates to collaborators, recommending adjustments vital to meet objectives.
- Support training initiatives by developing documentation and materials that enhance user understanding of new systems and processes, and provide tailored training as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years experience in project management, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools including Agile, preferred.
- Familiarity with various ERP systems (SAP preferred), data management, process mapping, and business analysis, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, to support project planning and reporting.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
