A Snapshot of Your Day: the role is structured around applying data science to tangible business use cases, leveraging advanced analytics and AI/ML to directly improve the employee experience and create leaner, more efficient HR processes, translating complex data into practical solutions that optimize global mobility and talent management related to this area.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design and deploy predictive models to improve the employee experience and forecast key HR metrics (e.g., mobility patterns, assignment success).
- Apply advanced machine learning and statistical analysis to uncover insights that support the creation of lean, easy GM processes.
- Identify and leverage automation potential within GM and related workflows by applying AI/ML techniques to create efficiencies and enhance user experience.
- Conduct research on emerging data science principles to solve complex business problems within the Global Mobility domain.
- Lead the design and implementation of data mining architectures and protocols for analytics projects that drive business value.
- Manage large-scale data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Coach, review, and delegate work to data professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate business challenges, particularly around employee experience and process efficiency, into data science problem statements.
- Create and present compelling statistical reports and data products that clearly communicate findings and their impact on business outcomes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on how data science and AI can be practically applied to achieve their goals.
What You Bring:
- Sound experience in managing data projects in large-scale, complex business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, implement and maintain business-needed data products using analytics, AI and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Business acumen to identify opportunities for process improvement and the leadership skills to guide a team in delivering impactful result
- Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Knowledge and expertise in: Data Science & Machine Learning, programming language such as Python (Programming Language), SQL (Programming Language), R (Programming Language), Data Infrastructure (e.g., AWS), Data Visualizations (e.g., Python, PowerBI or similar), Project & Process Management using Agile Methodology
