Data Collector and Controller

Are you a driven individual with a passion for data, systems, and continuous improvement?

We are looking for a Production Data Controller to support production through accurate data management, system ownership, and performance insight. This role plays a key part in ensuring production systems are used effectively and that meaningful data is available to support decision-making across the factory.

How you will contribute

  • Support the effective use and ongoing development of production systems (e.g. MES) 
  • Ensure accurate collection, validation, and reporting of production data 
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational performance 
  • Work with production, quality, and engineering teams to support improvement activities 
  • Provide system support, guidance, and training to shopfloor users 
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues where required 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, reporting, and system usage 
  • Support wider digital and operational initiatives as required 

What you need to make a difference

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Power BI 
  • Experience working with production, MES, or ERP systems (e.g. SAP desirable) 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Confident communicator, able to work across all levels of the organisation 
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic IT and system troubleshooting skills
