In our Business Unit Transmission, we offer our customers products, solutions, and services to transfer energy efficiently ranging from expansion and replacing to upgrading.
In the department of Engineering we are responsible for technical designing of high voltage projects, the document control specialist will manage all project documentation using several documentation tools and applications to ensure effective communication with our clients, aiming to meet and exceed their expectations while maintaining standard quality.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Planning/ coordinating of the complete documentation process in EPC substation projects, setting up required templates for use by all parties involved.
- Assurance of the complete technical documentation in due form, quality, content and in time, the effectiveness of the documentation processes to assume any retrieval of each document within due time.
- Support the project management in all questions of documentation management and cooperates in close contact in all questions with the document suppliers, such as System Engineering, Configuration Management including Interface Management, the Progress Controller, Contract Manager and Commercial Managers.
- Control of the complete recording of all technical information, changes and interfaces in due form, content and in time, including the contractual certifications, approvals, test reports, acceptance, etc., of the contracted system.
- Elaborate the documentation management process, including document coding, formats, and workflow, the appliance of the rules and regulations of the EPC TS within the documentation management process and the editorial instructions for the contractual manuals, handed over to the Client, i.e., Maintenance Manual, Operation Manual, Drawings, etc.
What You Bring
- University Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
- Three or more-years’ experience focus on document control and/or customer service.
- Experience working in engineering and/or construction industry in substations.
- Familiar with PDF Creator, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge on ACONEX, e-Builder, ShareFile, AWS WorkDocs, AODocs or any other documentation management / sharing and transfer service knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent English Language, Good communication skills, teamwork and self-driven
