A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Cyber Security Manager in Complex Infrastructure Projects (f/m/d), you are the central point of contact for all cybersecurity-related topics in complex international power plant and infrastructure projects. From bid preparation through project execution and warranty, you coordinate cybersecurity activities across multidisciplinary project teams, customers, suppliers, and cybersecurity experts. You ensure that cybersecurity requirements are properly addressed, documented, and implemented in compliance with customer expectations, applicable regulations, and industry standards.You help project teams navigate an increasingly complex cybersecurity environment and contribute to the successful delivery of secure and compliant energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity topics in large-scale customer projects; Coordinate cybersecurity activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from bid preparation to project execution and warranty
- Review, evaluate, and manage customer cybersecurity requirements; Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, laws, and industry standards
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, cybersecurity experts, suppliers, and customers.; Support cybersecurity risk management, supplier audits, assessments, and compliance reviews
- Drive actively supplier cybersecurity qualification and ensure security requirements are integrated into the supply chain; Promote cybersecurity awareness and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams. And facilitate effective communication with customers
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle; Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and best practices
- Facilitate constructive cybersecurity discussions within internal teams and support alignment meetings with customers to ensure successful project outcomes
What You Bring- Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of professional experience in Industrial Cyber Security, ideally within large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, EPC, or automation projects
- Experience coordinating cybersecurity activities in complex project environments. Strong knowledge of Industrial Cyber Security concepts, processes, and risk management
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements, especially ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS2, and applicable local cybersecurity and critical infrastructure regulations. (ISO 27001 auditor certification is a plus.)
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, customers and suppliers, with the ability to translate technical topics to project and customer level; Experience in supplier qualification and cybersecurity requirements management.
- Professional Fluency in English and German (written and verbal) mandatory plus general knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems (Power plant business is a plus)
