Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine a day where you support Onshore Global Function Management by providing transparency on Intercompany Charges and tax implications. You will be instrumental in building frameworks for charging models tailored to Global Functions and ensuring documentation alignment. Your role is vital in driving our digitalization strategies within Cost Center Controlling, making every single day uniquely impactful and exciting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Managing the Global Intercompany Charges for the Onshore Global Functions (SLA set-up and invoicing) in alignment with the official Siemens Energy Transfer Pricing Policy
  • Aligning SLAs with the countries and functions and supporting the set-up of POs and invoices via SAP. Driving cross-departmental process standardization.
  • Running the planning and controlling of yearly budgets for the Global Functions in Onshore, including the calculation of hourly rates
  • Analyzing and evaluating charging structures and maintaining a standardized overview to ensure allocations are considered in the financial planning on both sender and receiver ends
  • Preparing monthly reporting and being accountable for providing the required explanations of the FC and actuals to CCC ON Controllers and Global Functions Management
  • Playing an active role in strengthening the master data governance (e.g., cost centers, WBS, orders, GL accounts management) to enable efficient SAC, Power BI, and SQL implementation

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You are a proficient finance individual with several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business.
  • You excel at analyzing data, are driven by achieving goals, and are meticulous in your approach.
  • Highly motivated standout colleague, possess good interpersonal skills, and can build a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels. Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At the same time, you have excellent time management skills and strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on details. You are willing to take ownership and can work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Danish is a plus.
  • Profound knowledge of international taxation and SLA processes is an advantage. You will also need proficiency in tools like Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
