A Snapshot of Your Day


As part of the Transformation of Industry (TI) business area, Corporate Account Managers support key clients by strengthening relationships, improving collaboration, and identifying new business opportunities across the TI portfolio. You will serve as the primary liaison between Siemens Energy and Corporate Clients, streamlining engagement, advocating for cross-business needs, and ensuring access to relevant products and services. This role contributes directly to TI’s financial targets, client satisfaction, and long‑term growth.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver financial targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities with clear value propositions for Siemens Energy products and services in the Compression and Industrial Steam Turbine and Generator sectors.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Siemens Energy portfolio, competitive landscape, client history, and commercial strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated value propositions and support accurate sales forecasting.
  • Sales Strategy Development Develop and maintain strategic account plans outlining client needs, decision drivers, and buying behaviors, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales process, serving as the primary Siemens Energy representative for corporate clients, managing opportunity strategies, contract negotiations, and Salesforce data accuracy.
  • Build and sustain client relationships across all organizational levels, engage early on energy projects, monitor service performance, support NPS processes, and coordinate executive sponsor meetings.
  • Promote an ownership culture centered on safety, accountability, and professional development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or business administration.
  • 10+ years in business sales, business development, or account management with industrial application clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of Siemens Energy’s product and service portfolio related to Compression and Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators.
  • Ability to build, grow, and maintain strong executive relationships.
  • Strong executive relationship-building and communication skills across multiple product lines.
  • Willingness to travel 30% domestically and occasionally internationally to manufacturing facilities.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
