How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and develop eLearnings, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), and other digital learning formats for internal training programs.
- Leverage modern tools and technologies, including AI-powered software, to create interactive, engaging, and brand-compliant learning content.
- Collaborate with service, electrical engineering experts, and stakeholders to conceptualize, structure, and align training materials to technical accuracy and learner needs.
- Work closely with internal departments and Grid Technologies regions to create tailored training solutions for specific target audiences.
- Ensure clarity, simplicity, and consistency in presentation while maintaining high standards of didactics, design, and user experience.
- Uphold quality standards across all learning materials, from instructional design to digital delivery, ensuring optimal learner engagement.
What You Bring
- Completed training in media design (e.g., Media Designer) or a comparable qualification in design, e-learning, or digital media, ideally with experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven experience in creating digital learning content using common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar), with familiarity using AI-powered tools as a plus.
- Strong sense of structure and design, with the ability to present learning content clearly, effectively, and in an engaging manner.
- Creative mindset with skill in simplifying complex topics and making them accessible and appealing to learners.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are considered as advantage.
