A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic ‘Data, Applications & Operational Technology’ team in Onshore Execution as a Student Worker in Communication! You will play a vital role in crafting and supporting our internal and external communication strategy, improving visibility and engagement across both Onshore and Offshore Business Units. Imagine creating high-impact presentations and newsletters that promote our innovative digital solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our product roadmap and organizational goals. Your contributions will help us optimally communicate our initiatives and drive engagement within the team and beyond.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the development and implementation of a communication strategy that aligns with project milestones and organizational objectives.
- Build engaging presentations, newsletters, and internal reports to raise awareness of our digital solutions, such as MyAvailability and CPS.
- Coordinate and publish regular updates for Reference User and Key User Committees to keep collaborators informed.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders to continuously improve our communication practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and System Process Experts to identify communication needs and opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in communications, marketing, business administration, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A creative attitude with a keen eye for visuals, layout, and user experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint; experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
