A Snapshot of Your Day


In this role, you’ll work closely alongside the Project Manager and Commercial Head of Operations to steer the financial success of engineering and construction projects. Your day will involve managing project financials, preparing commercial reports, forecasting revenue and costs, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines. You’ll be the go-to person for accurate cost control, invoicing, and risk management—all while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across international projects.


How You’ll Make an Impact


● Co-lead projects to optimize financial results in line with project and financial reporting standards.
● Ensure precision in cost calculations, project accounting, and commercial documentation.
● Manage invoicing and cash flow to keep projects financially healthy.
● Support risk and opportunity assessments to minimize costs and maximize performance.
● Proactively handle contract administration and customer expectations.
● Maintain compliance with financial reporting guidelines and manage financial guarantees and bonds.


What You Bring


● 5 to 10 years’ experience in Commercial Project Management or related fields with a focus on project financials.
● Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management, and construction/engineering contract terms.
● Experience in budgeting, financial controlling, and risk/opportunity management.
● Relevant certifications such as IPMA, RICS, CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant are a plus.
● Skilled in collaborating within project teams and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
● Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
