A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Commercial Project Manager together with the Project Manager you will work to implement and complete Power Plant Projects typically ranging from $10M - $200M.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work in collaboration with Project manager to ensure accurate project costs and pricing according to defined guidelines.
• Build and maintain the financial framework for projects based on contractual agreements during the ongoing execution phase.
• Responsible for project financials including monthly revenue recognition in compliance with defined guidelines and cash flow/payment plan and ensure timely generation of customer invoices.
• Full responsibility for all finance-related Project topics, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange.
• Perform financial planning, assess risk and opportunities for financial impact while mitigating risk and optimizing profit margins.
• Prepare project review package and present on monthly basis to management.
• Ensure achievement of contract requirements (e.g. performance guarantees, insurance, taxes, etc.); Face to the customer and supplier and direct interaction for Contractual topics or change order negotiations.
• Special assignments and interaction with external auditors for audit topics as the need arises.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting or related field is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Administration or in Finance, preferably with experience in Project Management.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting, with sophisticated Microsoft Office skills required; SAP experience is helpful.
• Confirmed problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and the capability to multitask and meet deadlines in both independent and team environments.
• Openness to traveling, around one week per month.
