Lead the Commercial Project Manager Team, responsible for project and business operations, aligning with global objectives to improve performance, particularly profitability.Driving the implementation of global initiatives in the region/country. Reporting to Regional Head of Commercial Project Management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Leadership and Representation: Lead Commercial Project Managers and the Operations team in the country, and be the face of the company to clients and team members.
• Regional Partnership and Forecasting: Partner with the regional team to build and run critical business initiatives, actively participate in the business forecast process to enhance opportunities and minimize risks.
• Sales and Project Execution: Lead and support sales and project execution from the commercial side, including analysis on project resources planning against revenue planning, total project improvement, and implementation of growth initiatives.
• Financial Governance and Reviews: Review and ensure financial controls are in place, lead governance, and assemble financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with regional leadership.
• Special Projects and Optimization: Work on special projects, including initiatives to drive ongoing optimization of data and processes.
• Team Empowerment: Empower the team in general topics such as better collaboration, inclusion & diversity, and process simplification.

What You Bring

• Educational Background: Sound Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting field, with a preference for commercial project management certification.
• Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in Commercial Project Management, controlling, and reporting, with experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical ability, good knowledge in MS Office, and highly preferred knowledge in SAP (Project/CO).
• Communication and Presentation: Good communication skills and ability to present and formulate clearly own ideas and proposals for improvements.
• Personal Drive and Approach: Strong personal drive to lead and accelerate business growth, thoughtful perception of business needs, and a growth mindset.
• A great teammate with demonstrated interpersonal skills to optimally engage with diverse audiences and achieve goals.
