A Snapshot of Your Day

A typical day as a Commercial Controller begins early, as you review emails and plan your schedule for the day. You start by participating in the tender process, reviewing calculations and commercial conditions for upcoming projects. This involves analyzing payment plans, calculating cash flow effects, cancellation curves, and other financial aspects to maintain a driven edge in the bidding process.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Together with the bid manager responsible for the calculation. Check that the prices from sub-suppliers are correct incorporated in the calculation, that the correct adders have been included in the calculation etc.
• Reviewing the commercial conditions in the tenders as payment plans, cancellation curve, guarantee wording, exchange rates.
• Calculating cash flow effect based on cash-in and cash-out in the tender.
• Participate in the approval process of submitting the tender.
• Participate in the prequalification phase from a financial view.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economic, finance or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Commercial Controlling.
• Broad knowledge about commercial topics in contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for co-working with colleagues hereunder Sales and Bid Managers.
• Experience with Excel needed and experience with SAP will be a big advantage.
• Mastering the English language.
• Responsible, flexible, and open-minded.
