A Snapshot of Your Day

As a commercial Business Partnery ou will be an integral part of our dynamic international team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to support and collaborate with the Engineering team in Mexico and Germany. You will establish a new set up for global operations of the Engineering Hub going forward working closely with the FIN team in Mexico and Germany to align FIN processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Support and Collaboration: Work closely with EN Head in Mexico and Germany, FIN Head in Mexico and Germany
• Introduce FIN global model in short time, offer order process for EN Services all over the globe
• Cost Center controlling: Monitor and manage cost centers to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets Planning and Forecasting
• Internal Forecasting: Lead the preparation and maintenance of internal forecasts.

What You Bring

• We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a different field with some commercial training
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must
• Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.Communication and Team Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively within an international team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and continuously seeking personal and professional development
• Ownership Culture: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion

About the team

Your team is spread through Germany Portugal Egypt and Mexico. You will work mainly with the Engineering and Finance team in Mexico and Germany.
