A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Commercial Administrator, you will be supporting the Commercial Project Managers in day to day tasks for execution of the projects. You will be engaging and coordinating with several other functions, following various processes and guidelines, using different digital platforms and ensuring compliance with applicable internal as well as external regulations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execution of commercial tasks assigned by Commercial Project Managers, in compliance with the policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Preparing and issuing Journal Vouchers and Change management forms.
• Booking the orders and executing subsequent changes to the projects in SAP
• Issuing SAP invoices and Purchase Orders.
• Ensuring audit-proof commercial documentation and record keeping.
• Support in all relevant project procurement & logistics topics.
• Managing suppliers / subcontractors’ invoice verification and payments.
• Managing project guarantees, bonds, LCs and insurances

What you Bring

• A bachelor’s degree with financial / project accounting background
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in similar capacity.
• Good understanding of SAP finance and project modules.
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
