You will lead the Integration team in Application Platforms Functions and have to define how we technically integrate applications and data from an E2E perspective as well as how to transfer data to our customers and suppliers. Within this role, you will create, align, and implement the Digital service landscape over the complete lifecycle, from planning through implementation and operations until shutdown. You will shape the Digital budget with the goal of creating excellent business value through Digital.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible to drive the strategic direction of the Value Center Integration, and support adaptation and updates of Enterprise Integration Principles. Build E2E processes and architecture, drive argument building and leverage Innovation.
- Lead a team of Digital professionals, Integration Success Managers & Solution Architect, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Align the strategic direction (Enterprise Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Roadmap) in the business capabilities of Integration (Applications & Data) along with key collaborators.
- Collaborate with key team members from various Business Units to prioritize projects, share insights, align with strategy, and meet budget, quality, and time goals. Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand their data integration needs and ensure our platforms meet these needs.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends, develop and implement data integration strategies to improve efficiency and value, promoting the importance and relevance of data integration & artificial Intelligence across the organization.
- Establish guideline sharing with other leading companies for Integration relevant topics to gain outside-in perspectives and spark impactful changes to your area of responsibility.
What You Bring
- Successfully completed University studies or a comparable education
- Professional experience (at least 3 years) as a people manager, as well as longstanding professional experience and significant knowledge in respective integration platforms targeting A2A, B2B, API Catalogue and Management.
- Specific experiences in major core domains of Digital Strategy & Architecture, Vendor Management, Change Management, Data Analytics & Financial Management.
- Expertise in Service Mesh, MCP and Agent Communication would be beneficiary.
- Fluent in English, German language is an additional asset
- Strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills as well as a strong ability to implement.
- Ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of relevant data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best -practice. Understanding customer demand means forecasting trends, managing resources, prioritizing needs, and adapting strategies for better performance.
