A Snapshot of Your DayOur Grid Technology Sales Türkiye & Central Asia Organisation is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Business Administration Professional to join our Finance team in Kazakhistan. You will be responsible for overall finance activities of our business in the country starting from supporting bids to project execution as well as project entrepreneur responsible for commercial aspects from sales to execution, project financials (controlling & reporting) & clean books and records. The position requires working in a dynamic environment, where financial expertise, leadership skills and customer communication are the key for the financial management of country organization and the team.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Review, analyze and negotiate financial and commercial components of internal/external customer proposals.
- Ensure the accuracy of the cost and pricing calculation during contract negotiations together with the Sales Lead & Project Manager
- Responsible for all commercial aspects and project financials including monthly revenue recognition, forecasting, risk and opportunity management, lessons learned, and optimizing profit margins & cash flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting rules (IFRS 15 & local GAAP) Legal, Compliance, Tax, Foreign Exchange and business models
- Assemble and manage the team, acting as an entrepreneurial leader.
- Serve as the face of the company towards our customers, maintaining a close and productive dialogue
- Special assignments and interaction with internal partners and external auditors as required
- Prepare and present business reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent experience is required
- Proven experience in leading project teams with a strong sense of responsibility and risk management
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, even under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive experience in communicating in Kazakh/Russian and English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong coordination, problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple fields
- Thorough understanding of IFRS and Siemens Energy FRGs
- Proficiency in business analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau or similar) as well as experience and curiosity about using Artificial Intelligence to address business needs.
